AutoCart ("we," "us," "our") is operated by NXONDEVS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the AutoCart mobile application and website at autocarts.app (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Phone number (used for authentication via one-time passcode)
• Email address (if provided via Google Sign-In)
• Display name

Subscription and Payment Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, bank account details, or other payment method details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes:

• Cardholder name
• Card number, expiration date, and CVC
• Billing address
• Email address

We store the following subscription-related data in our database:

• Whether you have an active subscription
• Your subscription tier (Starter, Pro, or Advanced)
• Stripe customer ID (an internal identifier, not your payment details)
• Stripe subscription ID
• Subscription status (active, canceling, or expired)
• Billing cycle end date
• Subscription source (web, Apple App Store, or Google Play)

Usage Information

We collect information about how you use the Service:

• Vehicle search criteria (make, model, year, price range, location)
• Saved vehicle listings
• Alert preferences and settings
• App interaction data

Device Information

We may collect:

• Device type and operating system
• Unique device identifiers
• Push notification tokens (device tokens used to deliver deal alerts)
• IP address
• App version

Location Information

We may collect your approximate, city-level location to find listings near you. This is separate from any location you enter as part of your search criteria. We do not collect your precise GPS location.

Third-Party Analytics

We use Adapty for subscription analytics and A/B testing of pricing displays. Adapty may collect anonymized usage data related to subscription interactions. See Adapty's Privacy Policy for details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process subscriptions and manage your account
• Send you vehicle deal alerts based on your search criteria
• Authenticate your identity
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing, subscription billing, and customer portal
• Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication
• Adapty — In-app subscription management and analytics
• Apify — Vehicle listing data aggregation
• OpenAI — AI-powered vehicle valuations
• Twilio — SMS delivery for one-time passcodes
• Google — Authentication (Google Sign-In) and push notification delivery via Firebase
• Apple — Authentication (Sign in with Apple) and App Store purchases

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Business Transfers

If NXONDEVS LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Stripe retains payment and transaction data according to its own retention policies and legal obligations.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication via one-time passcodes and OAuth
• Server-side webhook signature verification for payment events
• Service role keys and secrets stored securely as environment variables, never exposed to the client application

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app. This will permanently remove your profile, search history, and saved listings.

You may also request account deletion by emailing info@nxondevs.com.

Subscription Management

You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through the app's Settings screen, which connects to the Stripe Customer Portal. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

Data Access

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at info@nxondevs.com.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Facebook Marketplace listings). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
